A: Every course would comprise of 8 - 20 lessons stretching over a period from 4 – 20 weeks based on the type and level of the selected course.

A: Due to the shortage of female instructors in the field, Swim Avenue will put in their most effort in searching for them for the request from our clients.

A: Different Stages and different types of courses would be charged at different rates.

Q: Payment of course fees
A: Payment to Swim Avenue should be made at the point of confirmation of the individual’s attendance of the course.
A: Children of age 3-4 years old do have the capabilities to learn how to swim but varies on the individual's water confidence. Swim Avenue focuses on developing the confidence for this age group to help them overcome the phobia of water and enjoy swimming.
Among all provided courses, SwimSafer focuses more on the safety in swimming and the basic technique needed to survive as well as to help save others' lives.
Swim Avenue also caters to adults who wish to learn swimming. Swimming can be a very good sport for both a hearty full body workout as well as for relaxing after a hard day of work!
Q: Liability of Swim Avenue & their Instructors
A: Swim Avenue will not be liable for any damage, injury or death of their students. Parents are STRONGLY encouraged to supervise and monitor their children during the conducting of the course.
Q: Would there be any Certification(s) issued upon completion of the course?
A: Every course conducted will come with a certification for the course that the students sign up for. The student will receive it provided that he/she has passed the test conducted by an external invigilator.
